You can enable the Meeting summary with AI
Companion feature to
allow Zoom to generate a summary of
your meeting or lecture. You can
choose whether to only see the summary
yourself or share it with meeting
participants.

To enable meeting summaries, complete these
steps:
- Sign in to https://telcit.zoom.us/.
- Click Settings.
- Click the AI
Companion tab.
- Under Meeting,
click the Meeting
Summary with AI
Companion toggle
to enable or disable it.
- (Optional) Select the checkbox next
to Turn on meeting
summary automatically when meetings
start to have
meeting summary generation automatically
start for meetings you host.
- (Optional) Select the checkbox next
to Send an email
notification when sharing with
users. Select Include summary
text in the email to send the full
summary in the email or select Don't
include summary text in the email to include a link in the
email.
- Under the Share
summary
with section,
select Only me
(meeting
host), Include
co-hosts and alternative hosts, Only me (meeting host)
and meeting invitees in our
organization, or All meeting
invitees including those outside of
our organization.
- Click Save.
To use meeting summaries during a Zoom call,
complete these steps:
- Start a Zoom call as the host.
- In the meeting controls, click AI
Companion and select Start
summary.
- (Optional) Click AI Companion, then Stop summary to stop summary
generation.
After the meeting has ended, the summary
will be finalized and sent out.
