You can download data from Canvas or Zoom as an Excel spreadsheet to further filter information.
To filter information in spreadsheet downloaded from Canvas or Zoom, complete the following steps:
- Open the spreadsheet that you downloaded from Canvas or Zoom.
- Select all the data in the spreadsheet that you want to filter, or on your keyboard, tap Ctrl + A to select the entire sheet.
- Click the Insert tab, then select Table. Select the My table has headers checkbox, then click OK.
- You can now filter and sort each column in the spreadsheet by clicking the dropdown button
at the top of each column.
