In this instruction document we will examine the publishing options available in H5P.
At the end of the H5P content editor, after creating your H5P content, you will see an option to Publish
There are three options to select
Unpublish - Select this if you wish to keep the content unpublished. This content cannot be inserted into the Learning Management System (LMS) e.g. Canvas
Protected - This option is selected by default indicating the content can be inserted into the LMS but it is not available publicly.
Public - This option is selected if you want to make the content available public via a content link. Content can be inserted into the LMS and embedded.
Once you are happy with the Publish option selected, choose Save
