It can sometimes happen that when trying to launch Linkedin Learning, you see the following message asking you which account you want to sign in with

This error can occur when a user is logged into LinkedIn with one account, but you try to access LinkedIn Learning through a separate account on the same internet browser.

To solve this error please:

Log out of your personal Linkedin profile.
Log out of Canvas.
Log back into Canvas and access a Linkedin learning video within Canvas.

If this persists please use a different internet browser.
