Signing into a Slack Workspace on your mobile device


Download the Slack app on your mobile device from slack.com/downloads or through the App store or Play store.

Click the link in the delegate pack. This will prompt you to log in or sign up using your email, your Google account or your Apple ID.

Add your email address and full name if prompted. If you already have a slack account, sign in to Slack using that email address.

This will prompt you to enter a 6-figure code sent to your email.

You will be re-directed to the OER24 workspace. If you are not re-directed, you can select OER24 from the list of workspaces which appears on your account.



Updating your notification settings in Slack



On Desktop

Click your profile icon.

Under Notify me about, choose your notification triggers.


On Mobile

Tap your profile icon.

Tap Notifications

Select your notification preference below On mobile, notify me about.


To pause notifications altogether:


Click your profile icon and then select Pause notifications and select a duration.
