You can import polls and surveys from an Excel file. This is a helpful and quick way to import lots of questions at once. 

To import questions into a Vevox session, complete the following steps:

  1. In the session that you want to important the questions, click the Polls tab or Surveys tab (depending on where you want to import them). 
  2. If on the Polls tab, click the dropdown arrow beside + CREATE NEW Image Placeholder and click Import polls, if on the Surveys tab, click IMPORT. 
  3. Click DOWNLOAD SAMPLE TEMPLATE to download an Excel template for importing questions.
  4. Open the template in Microsoft Excel and save a copy that you can edit. 
  5. Use the copy that you made to add questions. You can view the Explanatory Notes tab for instructions on how to format the Excel file.
  6. Save the Excel file to your machine. 
  7. Return to Vevox and on the Import screen, click UPLOAD FILE. Select the file that you saved and click Open.
  8. Select the questions that you want to import, then click IMPORT.
For future sessions you can use the sample template that you've already downloaded as a basis for importing so you don't need to download it again.
