If you need to preserve bandwidth for shared content, or want to avoid mental fatigue from viewing multiple, active video participants, you can easily stop all incoming videos. This will only affect your view of the meeting. 


To stop incoming video in a Zoom meeting, complete the following steps.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop client.
  2. Click your profile picture, then click Settings.
  3. Click  Video.
  4. Select the Enable stop incoming video feature checkbox.
