You can upload a video file directly into Zoom Clips to share with students.

Uploading videos into Zoom Clips

To upload a video into Zoom Clips, complete the following steps:
  1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop app.
  2. Click the Clips tab.
    Note: If Clips is not listed on the top menu, you may need to click the More  menu, then click Clips. You can also click Hub and then click Clips.
  3. Click Upload video.
  4. Select a video file to upload from your device. Wait for the video to upload.
